Alexey holds a Master's degree in Material Science and Metallurgy, coupled with an MBA. With a robust professional background spanning over 17 years, he has successfully navigated the realms of R&D and startup environments. His expertise extends from conceptual design to successful commercial implementation

Igor, possessing a Ph.D. in Hydrometallurgy, boasts an extensive 38-year career in extractive metallurgy encompassing mineral processing, hydrometallurgy, pyrometallurgy, and electrometallurgy. His noteworthy achievements include multiple patents stemming from his Ph.D. thesis, subsequent research, and pilot testing.

Maria holds a Master's degree in Innovation Management and Finance, bringing 10 years of expertise in finance and venture management. Her professional journey includes roles as a Business Development Manager and Venture Partner in technology and wealth management enterprises.
